Queensland property developer Pradella has announced plans for a 16-level apartment project on South Brisbane’s most elevated site.
Located at the top of Boundary St, Canvas will be Pradella’s ninth development in the South Brisbane and West End area over the past 12 years, adding to its track record of highly successful developments.
Project manager Brett Lentz said Pradella continued to set the bar high by delivering quality, award-winning projects, that exceeded expectations.
“We take immense pride in delivering innovative and well thought out projects that not only appeal to a diverse buyer group, but also deliver on our initial promise,” Mr Lentz said.
“When it comes to South Brisbane and West End we continue to invest in the area due to our ongoing success, but also in response to the existing and ongoing commitment to infrastructure for the area from all levels of government.
“Unlike areas north of the CBD, South Brisbane has already been completely transformed into a thriving cultural, entertainment and education precinct which is well serviced by an array of transport options.
South Brisbane has become a natural extension of the city’s hub, thanks to projects such as the Go Between and Kurilpa bridges and the City Glider bus service.”
Mr Lentz said Pradella anticipated a high level of interest for Canvas given its prime location, quality finish and competitive pricing.
“Queensland’s premier arts and entertainment precinct of QPAC, the Convention Centre, the State Library, South Bank and an array of restaurants and shops are all at the development’s doorstep,” he said.
“All apartments will have generous balconies and views, making most of the buildings location on the highest point within South Brisbane.” Canvas will have a sky garden on level 11 that includes a recreational pool, theatre and barbecue facilities.
When completed, Canvas will comprise 141 apartments, with a combination of one and two bedroom apartment designs.
Prices start from $329,000.
