Demand for Canvas – Courier Mail Home
In one of South Brisbane’s most elevated sites, Pradella’s new 16 – level residential development, Canvas, is in hot demand with more than 50 percent sold prior to its official launch this week.
Located on the top of Boundary St, Canvas will offer sweeping views of the CBD, Mt Coot-tha and the Brisbane River.
When completed, Canvas will comprise 141 apartments, with a combination of one and two-bedroom designs. Prices start from $ 346,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and $538,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
Project manager Brett Lentz attributed the $35 million in sales achieved prior to the launch to Pradella’s long standing reputation as a quality, innovative, awarding-winning developer in the area.
“Canvas represents Pradella’s ninth project in the South Brisbane and West Area over the last 12 years, which we believe speaks volumes about our commitment to quality development in the area and the trust people have in us to deliver projects of the highest standards,” he said.
“We are very excited by the success of this project. “ It is going to offer something truly unique to the South Brisbane skyline and provide residents with all the very best this vibrant community has to offer.
“All apartments will have generous balconies and living spaces, many with view to the city and surrounds. The building has been designed to make the most of its location on one of South Brisbane’s highest points.
“Queensland’s premier arts and entertainment precinct of QPAC, the Convention Centre, the state Library, South Bank and an array of restaurants and shops are all at the development’s doorstep.”
South Brisbane has become a highly sought after location in the inner-city apartment market and is just a short walk to the CBD.
“When you combine this with world-class architecture, quality finishes and competitive pricing, you have a high-impact product that instantly appeals to all kinds of buyers,” Mr Lentz said. The luxury apartments feature pendant lighting, stone benchtops, timber veneer shelving and butler sinks, with a choice of three colour schemes.
Canvas, designed by award-winning architects ML Design, will have a sky garden on level 11 that includes a recreational pool, theatre and barbecue facilities.
