Gardens to grow as precinct takes shape
LEADING Queensland property developer Pradella today unveiled another distinguished address, with the launch of its Gardens residential development, part of the $1 billion Riverside West End masterplanned community.
Less than 3km from the Brisbane CBD, stage one of Gardens will comprise two 12-level buildings, Rise and View.
Development manager Brett Lentz said the launch of Gardens was the highly anticipated next stage of the Riverside West End community.
With Pradella's successful Waters Edge and Flow developments delivering highend riverside developments, the launch of Gardens signals the exciting next stage, Mr Lentz said.
The ongoing development of Riverside West End will see the transformation of a former cardboard factory site into the largest mixed-use lifestyle development on West End's southern peninsula.
The area is fast becoming an exclusive address and, when fully developed, it will support a vibrant residential, retail and lifestyle precinct, transforming the area into a key inner-city community of around 5000 residents.
At the heart of Gardens is more than 5500sq m of open landscaped green space and feature pools.
"The development's green heart is inspired by landscaped artwork and is aimed at encouraging residents to relax, recreate and enjoy their surroundings,"e; Mr Lentz said.
Due to its location, apartments in the first stage of Gardens are expected to be in high demand.
The View building offers 122 apartments with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom options, while Rise will comprise 116 apartments in either one or two-bedroom configurations.
Prices start from $399,000 for a one-bedroom apartment with a car parking space.
The contemporary apartments will be orientated to maximise views of the river, city skyline or gardens.
All apartments will offer integration to the outdoors with full-height glazing, seamless living and balcony flow and high ceilings.
