Gardens comes to life at Riverside West End
On the back of strong sales Pradella has started construction of its $249 million "Gardens" residential development within the Riverside West End precinct.
Located less than three kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, stage 1 of Gardens will comprise two 12-level buildings, Rise and View.
Development Manager Brett Lentz said Gardens was the highly anticipated next stage of the Riverside West End community.
Since launching four months ago, Gardens is already close to 60 per cent sold and is attracting a diverse range of buyers eager to gain a foothold in Brisbane's highly desired West End neighbourhood, he said.
Due to its enviable location, apartments in the first stage of Gardens are in high demand.

Pradella has already completed more than $300 million of projects in its Riverside neighbourhood. With a further five stages in the pipeline over the next five years, the total value of the Riverside precinct is expected to reach the billion-dollar mark on its completion.
