Apartment freedom maximised by Pradella’s Liberte

Leading Queensland property developer Pradella, has announced the launch of "Liberte's an apartment project aimed at giving Brisbane's inner-city Kangaroo Point a new urban lifestyle.

Located just two kilometres from Brisbane's CBD, Liberte will comprise a eight story building with 112 apartments.

Pradella's development manager, Brett Lentz said the floor designs were generous and reflected the project's name in providing freedom to live in the inner city through generous sized apartments.

Mr Lentz said the generous apartments had been designed to maximise space and light, as well as boasting stunning views of Kangaroo Point, the CBD skyline, the famous Gabba Stadium or leafy suburbs.
