Construction is progressing well at Liberte at Kangaroo Point with the development really taking shape.

 

The in-ground drainage, basement slabs on ground and basement columns and walls are now complete. The podium and levels one, two and three suspended slabs have been poured and the installation of the plumbing and electrical services is currently being completed up to level one. Additionally, the Energex transformer has recently been connected to provide power to the development.

 

Once complete, Liberte will comprise 112 large luxurious 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments with views over landscaped gardens to the CBD and to the south towards the Gabba Stadium and Brisbane’s suburban outlook.

 

Completion of Liberte is expected in the last quarter of 2015 (subject to building and weather contingencies and certification).
