Construction is progressing well at Liberte at Kangaroo Point with the development really taking shape.

The suspended slabs are now complete to level seven, and the installation of the electrical and plumbing services is continuing across levels two through to four. The building's lift installation has recently commenced and the apartments joinery fitout is continuing to level three.

With the roof framing and sheeting above level seven now complete, the painting of the facade has commenced and the window screens and hood installation is progressing.

Once complete, Liberte will comprise 112 large luxurious 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments with views over landscaped gardens to the CBD and to the south towards the Gabba Stadium and Brisbane's suburban outlook.

Completion of Liberte is expected in the last quarter of 2015 (subject to building and weather contingencies and certification).
