The Gardens precinct, which forms part of a 5.3 hectare lifestyle community, is the next exciting chapter of the Riverside West End story.

Construction is further progressing at Gardens Riverside with the suspended slabs for RISE complete to level eleven along with the roof plant deck, and VIEW's suspended slabs complete to level ten. The roof framing and sheeting is in progress, as well as the facade painting, while the services installation is moving ahead throughout levels five to ten in both buildings. The internal joiney fitout process is underway across levels one to seven and the lift installation has also commenced.

Four display apartments (two in RISE and two in VIEW) have also been fast tracked and are now complete. They are available for viewing via appointment.

Once complete, Gardens will be a vibrant community, just 3km from the Brisbane CBD and centered around 5,500m2 of lush landscaping and modern resort-style amenity.

Completion of RISE and VIEW is expected in the last quarter of 2015 (subject to building and weather contingencies and certification).
