Pradella is excited to announce that construction of the third chapter of its Riverside West End Gardens development, ARBOR, is now well underway with the bulk of the excavation and footings completed in June 2015.

More recently, the basement of the building has started to take shape with slab work finished and works continuing on the podium suspended slab and ground floor suspended slab. The permanent Energex transformer has also recently been installed to provide power to the development.

Upon completion, ARBOR will feature 111 contemporary one and two bedroom apartments, boasting city and garden views.
