Pradella is pleased to share that the final chapter of the popular Gardens precinct, PARC is on track for completion in the 3rd quarter of 2016.*

 

The ground and level 1 floors were poured in October along with the podium area and driveway entry from Duncan Street South followed by the stripping of the basement formwork and installation of the hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and fire services in November.

 

Level 6 suspended slab is now complete while the fitout and services to the ground floor areas and framing to internal and party walls have commenced. Notably, internal and external blockwork to the southern boundary and internal areas are also underway.

 

Upon completion, PARC will boast 126 apartments with one, two or three bedroom floorplans available.
