ARBOR, the third chapter in the Riverside West End Gardens development, is on track for completion later this year with structural works now underway for level 11 of the 12 storey tower.

 

Pradella is pleased to report that the permanent sewer, stormwater, power and water connections to the site have now been completed, while the fit-out up to level six is now underway including joinery installation to the ground-floor and level one apartments. In addition, the Duncan Street roadworks connecting with Ferry Road have recently concluded.

 

With works progressing on schedule, ARBOR is set to be completed in the third quarter of 2016* and will feature 111 one and two bedroom apartments.

 

Upon completion, ARBOR will join Gardens’ towers View, Rise and Parc in creating an urban oasis less than three kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Residents will also enjoy over 5,500 sqm of waterscaped gardens and resort-style amenities including a beach entry pool, 25m lap pool and water pavilions along with a Health Oasis gymnasium and private function room.
