Following a successful year, Pradella Developments has released stage two of the highly sought after Light+Co development earlier than expected.

Radiance, the second building in the West End apartment project, will feature 139 one, two and three-bedroom apartments with an abundance of unit configurations.

Project Director Brett Lentz said Light+Co was popular due to the precinct’s distinct design which incorporates key elements of the old Gas & Light Company.

“The industrial history of the site is shown through the architecture with red brickwork and grey corrugated metalwork framing the landscaping area,” Mr Lentz said.

“The first release was well received by the public and in response we decided to introduce the next stage.”

“The overall feel of Light+Co really fits in with the eclectic style of West End,” Lentz said.

Once complete, the Light+Co precinct will include 4,500sqm of private landscaped gardens with recreational facilities and two pools.

Pradella Developments, an award winning Queensland company, is behind the Light+Co project and is overseeing it from inception to delivery.

Apartments are priced from $390,000 (one bedroom), $500,000 (two bedrooms) and $835,000 (three bedrooms).
