Jane Lee Ling has always wanted to live by the water – so when she came across the Waters Edge development , she knew she had found her home.

Ms Ling says the availability of river views that will never be built out was the deciding factor in her move to Waters Edge, where she has bought a 'spacious and airy'  two bedroom apartment.

"I often walk and cycle along the river in front of Waters Edge and one day I decided to step into the sales office and find out more about the community," she said.

"I was impressed by the way Waters Edge has been designed, with angled walls to allow views from nearly every room and maximised living space.

"I love the fact that I can walk or cycle to shops, restaurants and parks in West End and the city is just a short drive or bus ride away.

"I'm an artist so I appreciate the fact that it's a quiet and private community, but there's still plenty of opportunity to socialise at resident book clubs, card clubs and the community garden – everyone is friendly and I have settled in well."
