Bruce and Jacqui weren’t intending to purchase their dream home at The Lanes. 

But what began as a spontaneous visit out of curiosity to our Display Suite at the Montague Markets quickly turned into a signed contract and a home purchase. 

“We came just to have a look, not to buy — but ended up buying on the spot,” Jacqui joked.

However, it was during the buyer viewing of the display apartments that the couple could truly see how the space would fit their needs. 

“It’s very amazing,” Jacqui said.

“We heard Pradella makes beautiful buildings,” Bruce said. 

“We’re excited to live somewhere low maintenance – like having all the pool facility upstairs without having to do the work ourselves.” 

Now all that’s left to do is get excited about the big move to West End – an area they have a deep affinity for.  

“I don’t class this as inner city, but it has the perks of inner city,” Jacqui said. 

“We just feel up here will be that little bit quieter. Less traffic, less busy. There is the river nearby to go for our walks, there’s South Bank, there’s the ballet, yeah – it’s perfect.”
