ARBOR AND PARC CEMENT PRADELLA’S POSITION IN WEST END
Leading Queensland property developer Pradella has revealed plans to further bolster its presence in West End with construction underway on the final chapter of the popular Gardens precinct.
Following strong sales at stage one and two, construction has now commenced on the last two stages. With an end value anticipated to surpass $255 Million for the four staged Gardens development, Arbor and Parc have already achieved 75% percent sales since the public launch early in the year.
Forming the twelfth West End venture for the Brisbane-based developer, the expansive 5.3 hectare Gardens precinct – which also boasts finished projects View and Rise – is due for completion in late 2016.
Upon completion, Arbor will feature 111 contemporary one and two bedroom apartments, while Parc will boast 126 apartments with one, two or three bedroom floorplans available.
Pradella Director Kim Pradella said the Gardens development represents a significant milestone for the 4101 area given its unique proposition for owners and investors alike.
“Gardens is a meticulously master planned neighbourhood and provides four new residential offerings built around 5,500 square metres of private green space serving as an urban retreat only 3km from the city,” he said.
The tropical green space at the heart of Gardens – a signature feature of Pradella developments – will give residents exclusive access to a stunning resort pool that adjoins a 25m lap pool and premium private function and recreation space set in tropical gardens. A Health Oasis with state-of-the-art gymnasium and health zone will be introduced with the completion of Arbor.
