Pradella is thrilled to report that construction of the third stage of its Riverside West End Gardens development, ARBOR, is on schedule with building foundations completed and the basement formwork stripped. The level 4 suspended slab and precast walls are also complete.

 

The basement’s mechanical ventilation installation has since started and basement plumbing works will be ongoing. Fit-out has also begun on the ground floor units.

 

ARBOR is the third tower of Gardens which also boasts VIEW, RISE and PARC. The 12 storey building will feature 111 contemporary one and two bedroom apartments complemented by 5,500sqm of resort-style facilities less than 3 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD.

 

A health oasis gymnasium will be introduced with the completion of ARBOR which is anticipated for the 3rd quarter of 2016.*
