Crowning glory for Urban Edge
PRADELLA has announced the start of construction of its $90 million SkyView structure, the final apartment building in the successful Urban Edge development in Brisbane's inner-city Kelvin Grove.
With the majority of apartments offering sweeping views of Victoria Park golf course and the CBD, the 14-level luxury apartment building will be the tallest on the Urban Edge site, comprising the SkyView, Horizons and Vista developments.
Pradella development manager Brett Lentz said SkyView offered buyers the last chance to secure a place in the premium inner-city residence.
Urban Edge has recorded strong sales with the first stage, Vista, already sold out and the second stage, Horizons, more than 85 per cent sold and tipped to sell out within months, he said.
Mr Lentz said Urban Edge had attracted a diverse range of buyers, all eager to capitalise on the development's enviable location.
Given the development's proximity to the city, Urban Edge represents an attractive proposition for both astute investors and owner occupiers, Mr Lentz said.
The abundant facilities including QUT, RBH medical precinct, Victoria Park golf course, Suncorp Stadium and The Barracks all add to the popularity of this development.
Urban Edge is set in private landscaped gardens and pool areas, offering a balance of inner -city living and tranquil, green surrounds.
Design features include full-height glazing to maximise natural light and airflow, balconies, European appliances and a choice of three contemporary colour schemes.
SkyView offers 174 open-plan apartments with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, priced from $345,000.
