KELVIN Grove’s Urban Edge development has won Queensland Apartment Complex of the year from the Housing Industry Association.

Pradella development manager Brett Lentz, said the award was testament to Pradella’s commitment to delivering quality, well-serviced master planned communities, combining superior architectural design, construction know-how and innovative engineering solutions.

Construction of the third and final building, SkyView, commenced this month.
