Downsizers Garrath and Kathryn along with their young family recently moved into a luxurious new 3 bedroom apartment in Breeze at Riverside West End and are really enjoying the low-maintenance lifestyle.

“I love coming home and not having any yard work or gardening to do.

We now have more time to spend with our twins and we often go up to the rooftop skygarden where they like to swim in the pool.” Garrath said.

Garrath and Kathryn decided to sell their large family home after friends bought in Pradella’s Light+Co Apartments.

“We really liked their Light+Co apartment but knew that we would need something a little bigger for our family so we looked at Breeze.

It was the overall design of Breeze with minimal corridors and maximum living space that sold us.

We thought our previous property was our dream home, but our new apartment is even better. We’re so happy that we made the move to Breeze.”
