FULL STEAM AHEAD FOR SKYNEEDLE CONSTRUCTION
SkyNeedle Apartments are well on their way to becoming a hallmark Brisbane development within the cosmopolitan, inner-city suburb of South Brisbane.
Located on the site of Brisbane’s iconic 88 meter SkyNeedle, the first stage of SkyNeedle Apartments will comprise 110 one and two bedroom-apartments over 11 levels, with residents able to enjoy a large lagoon pool with sundeck, outdoor entertainment and dining areas and subtropical gardens.
Tower 1 is beginning to take shape with the level 4 suspended slab poured recently and the installation of services underway up to level 2.
Located less than a kilometre from the CBD, South Bank Parklands and Musgrave Park, upon completion SkyNeedle Apartments will include 237 one, two and three bedroom apartments across two residential towers, a leafy public laneway called SkyNeedle Walk, plaza and proposed cafe, landscaped gardens and private pool.
Completion of SkyNeedle Tower 1 is anticipated for late 2018/early 2019 (subject to building and weather contingencies and certification).
