GARDENS BRINGS NEW LIFE TO RIVERSIDE COMMUNITY
Riverside West End has reached a new milestone with the completion of the Gardens precinct, including two new apartment buildings and an array of lifestyle facilities for residents to enjoy.
The Arbor and Parc buildings – which each span 12 levels and comprise a combined 237 one, two and three bedroom apartments – are now finished, paving the way for new residents to join the Riverside West End community over the coming weeks.
The completion of the Gardens precinct also means residents now have access to more than 5,500sqm of landscaped parklands, along with additional barbeque terraces and cabanas surrounding the existing palm lagoon and lap pool.
A new Health Oasis with a fully equipped gymnasium and showers is also open, providing more space to keep fit and active, complementing the existing network of walking and cycling trails along Riverside Drive.
Pradella director Kim Pradella says Riverside West End is popular as it’s a highly connected, lifestyle-oriented community, designed to suit a variety of personalities.
“Riverside West End has three ‘lifestyle nodes’, each with their own individual appeal whether you like to be active, enjoy entertaining or the finer things in life, like shopping and dining – or a combination of all,” he said.
“The activity and entertainment nodes are part of the new parklands that have been delivered, and some of Brisbane’s best shopping and dining is just a short walk away in Boundary Street. Pradella also has plans in the pipeline to create another ‘marketplace’ along Montague Road to add to West End’s culinary culture.”
The Gardens development is now 93 per cent sold, with just a handful of apartments remaining priced from $410,000.
Mr Pradella says while lifestyle is a major drawcard at Riverside West End, the success of the community also hinges on the quality of apartments on offer.
“The apartments at Riverside West End have been created with owner occupiers in mind and are therefore larger than most comparable properties on the market,” he said.
