The Gardens precinct, which forms part of a 5.3 hectare lifestyle community, is the next exciting chapter of the Riverside West End story.

Construction is well underway at the Gardens Riverside West End site – excavation works commenced in April and concrete works began in July 2014.

Onsite, the basement is starting to take shape with retaining walls, slabs on ground, basement suspended slabs and the level one slab all complete. The level two slab is currently under construction and a transformer has been installed to provide power to the project.

To date, 5,350 cubes of concrete have been poured on site!

Pradella Developments and Constructions have been busy with concrete piles and footings, in ground drainage and the lift and stair cores to level 2 also being finalised.

The design and planning is now underway for the extension of Duncan Street and the widening of Ferry Road, likely to proceed early next year.

Once complete, Gardens, comprising buildings Rise and View, will be a vibrant community centred around 5,500m2 of resort-style tropical green space.

Completion of Gardens is expected in the last quarter of 2015 (subject to building and weather exigencies and certification).
