The Gardens precinct, which forms part of a 5.3 hectare lifestyle community, is the next exciting chapter of the Riverside West End story.

 

Construction is progressing well at Gardens Riverside with View and Rise taking shape within the precinct.

 

The suspended slabs are now complete to level seven in View and level eight in Rise. Additionally, the plumbing and electrical services are currently being installed up to level five (View) and level six (Rise) with fit out in progress throughout the lower levels in both buildings.

 

The planned extension of Duncan Street and the widening of Ferry Road is continuing through the design and planning stages.

 

Once complete, Gardens will be a vibrant community, just 3km from the Brisbane CBD and centred around 5,500m² of lush landscaping and modern resort style amenity.

 

Completion of View and Rise is expected in the last quarter of 2015 (subject to building and weather contingencies and certification).
