Construction work commenced in September at the Liberte site on Shafston Avenue in Kangaroo Point.

Since then, basement excavation, bored piers and footings and the basement retaining walls have been finalised.

In ground drainage, basement slabs on the ground, basement columns and walls, formwork to the podium and the level one suspended slab are all underway.

Once complete, Liberte will comprise 112 luxurious 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments with views over landscaped gardens to the CBD and to the south over treetops, the Gabba Stadium and Brisbane’s suburban outlook.

Completion of Liberte is expected in the last quarter of 2015 (subject to building and weather exigencies and certification).
