Pradella’s latest venture in the iconic West End precinct, Light & Co, is due for completion later this year with works on both towers – Illuminate and Radiance – progressing on schedule.

 

The first tower, Illuminate is on track with level five of the structure now under construction. Radiance is quickly taking shape with seven levels constructed and fit-out progressing to level three including joinery and tiling to the ground floor.

 

The ground floor slab for the retail area under Illuminate has been completed, and the connection of permanent power is scheduled to occur later this month. Light & Co Illuminate and Radiance are due for completion around October/November 2016.
