Ron and Hayley Cassano bought a Light+Co apartment off the plan in 2015 and moved in December last year.

We love living at Light+Co and it’s been a great success – so much so that we bought a second apartment as an investment a few months ago. It was rented out on a 12 month lease before we had even settled and its positively geared. It’s ridiculously good value! I would even consider buying another.

 

We chose Pradella because even though we were offered other off the plan units, Pradella were ahead of the pack. None were as nice as Light+Co. We’re 3 minutes from the river, in a quiet street and everything is in walking distance. We couldn’t be happier.”
