Location Goes with the Flow for Happy Buyers – Courier Mail
A good Tempo and Flow have proved positive for Pradella, with sales of the two West End developments now sitting at a total of $140 million.
The properties, called Tempo and Flow, have been almost completely sold and between the two only three apartments are still on the market.
Of the three left, two apartments are in Flow and offer river views, while the remaining apartment in Tempo boasts city views.
Pradella’s director of sales and marketing, Ross Higgins, said both developments were popular with residents.
“Apartment living is becoming more attractive to more people because they no longer need to compromise open space for inner-city living,” he said. He said buyers were making a good investment.
The success of the sales was because of the location of the properties, particularly their closeness to Brisbane’s CBD.
Following from this success in West End, Pradella will begin construction of Waters Edge later this year.
As its name suggest, the new site will offer waterfront living and will give residents access to lagoon wading pools.
The complex will also offer barbecue shelters and a lap pool.
