A NEW three-building, master planned apartment project in the heart of the Kelvin Grove Urban Edge Village will deliver more than 370 apartments to the precinct. The Pradella development, named Urban Edge, will be launched tomorrow. It will comprise three buildings, the first two with a combined 195 apartments and the final with another 176 apartments.

Pradella development manager, Brett Lentz, said there would be a variety of apartment types in the buildings. “The development offers the highest building in the Village offering buyers uninterrupted panoramic views o the CBD, Victoria Park Golf Course and neighbouring parklands,” he said.

Mr Lentz said there would be 4300sq m of outside living space, with pools and private gardens. The six-level Vista building will house one and two-bedroom apartments and the 12-level Horizons one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The third tower will be 15 levels, delivered in the second stage.
