The Riverside West End Gardens development is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2016*, as works remain on-track for the final stage, PARC.

 

The roof structure is under construction and the permanent stormwater, water, power and sewer connections to the site have been completed. Fit-out has continued up to level seven including tile and joinery installation throughout the lower floors (ground and level one) last month.

 

Once finished, PARC will comprise 126 one, two and three bedroom apartments spanning 12 levels and boasting a selection of city, river and garden views.

 

PARC joins predecessors View, Rise and Arbor in creating an urban oasis less than three kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Residents will also enjoy over 5,500 sqm of waterscaped gardens and resort-style amenities including a beach entry pool, 25m lap pool and water pavilions along with a Health Oasis gymnasium and private function room.
