Construction continues to forge ahead at the Riverside West End Gardens precinct as the final chapter of the development, PARC, nears completion.

 

The building structure has been finalised and the internal partitions are in progress up to Level 11 of the 12 storey building. Meanwhile, carpet laying has commenced on the lower floors, tiling is complete up to Level 7, joinery installation is at Level 10, and internal painting has progressed to Level 11.

 

In addition, structural works for the podium landscaping are underway and the finalisation of PARC is imminent as the finishing touches continue to be put in place over the next few months.

 

Slated for delivery in August/September 2016*, PARC will comprise of 126 apartments boasting diverse views of the city, Brisbane River, and the development’s luxury greenspace.
