Brisbane locals their entire lives, the James’s were initially advised by their solicitor not to buy off-the-plan, but that purchasing within a Pradella project could be the exception.

“Now that we’ve done it, he’s a fan of the process,” David said.

“I asked my dad about our decision as well and he said that Pradella has a really good name and that we couldn’t go wrong with that,” he said.

“While we couldn’t really grasp what we were going to get, we had faith in Pradella’s reputation and when we did get it, it blew us away. This is our forever place.”
