Queensland developer Pradella has delivered nine projects in the South Brisbane and West End area over the past 12 years, with a focus on the rejuvenation of former industrial sites. Its latest developments include the recently completed Waters Edge at West End and Canvas at South Brisbane, which is currently under construction.

Development Manager Brett Lentz said that Pradella was committed to delivering quality developments, which contribute positively to inner-city urban environments. “Our riverside development, which includes Waters Edge and Flow, has delivered luxury residential accommodation set among landscaped grounds on what was formerly industrial land,” Mr Lentz said. Waters Edge is now complete and offers a mixture of two and three bedroom apartment configurations. Prices start from $599,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.

Pradella’s 16–level Canvas development, which is under construction on South Brisbane’s most elevated site on Boundary Street, offers residents sweeping views of the CBD, Mt Coot-tha and the Brisbane River. Mr Lentz said buyers looking for the perfect balance in lifestyle and apartment living are attracted to Canvas with its Sky Garden on level 11 that includes a recreational pool, garden with theatre and barbeque facilities.

When completed mid 2014, Canvas will comprise 141 apartments, with a combination of stunning one and two bedroom apartment designs. Prices start from $346,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and $575,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
