SKYNEEDLE APARTMENTS TOWER ABOVE SOUTH BRISBANE
As Brisbane celebrates the 30th year since Expo ’88 opened its gates along the Brisbane Riverfront at South Bank, the event’s iconic SkyNeedle is transforming with construction on the first tower of SkyNeedle Apartments “Alto” at South Brisbane on track for completion late 2018*.
Located on the site of Brisbane’s landmark 88-metre SkyNeedle, “Alto” Apartments will feature 110 one and two bedroom apartments over 11 levels.
Sitting on a 3,600sqm land parcel located less than a kilometre from the Brisbane CBD, South Bank Parklands, Musgrave Park and within the Brisbane State High School catchment zone, the SkyNeedle Apartments development will include a public laneway, plaza and proposed café, landscaped gardens and private resort-style pool and deck.
Upon completion, the SkyNeedle development will feature 237 one, two and three bedroom apartments across two residential towers, centred around the iconic SkyNeedle, which was a prominent feature of Brisbane’s World Expo in 1988.
