We’re pleased to announce construction of Stage 1 has commenced at our $125 million SkyNeedle project in South Brisbane. Following a strong sales campaign which has seen 70% sold.

The project will deliver expansive resortstyle resident amenity – featuring lush landscaped gardens, ground level leisure zones and pool deck – and around 200 apartments across two towers.

 

Kim Pradella, Director of Pradella Property Development Group said the iconic SkyNeedle is central to the project’s design. “The design of the development has been tailored around the SkyNeedle to ensure it is the hero feature of the new complex,” he said.

 

South Brisbane’s 88-metre local heritage SkyNeedle icon will be refurbished as part of the project’s construction scope.

 

Construction completion is anticipated by late 2018/early 2019.
